WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO WORK AT AN ENTERTAINMENT FIRM?

Here at Latinvasion Agency, we aren’t very familiar with slow days. We are constantly on the run from meeting to meeting or rushing to meet deadlines. I guess this is what happens when you take two stressful jobs and combine them to create one agency.

Our main focuses are entertainment public relations and talent management. Although these jobs correlate to a certain extent, they are completely different and each requires many different skills. This is exactly why, like many other PR and talent management firms, we require the best team possible. Having a killer team is the key ingredient to client success.

Many people think they are familiar with these terms, but really have no idea all the work it takes to be a celebrity publicist or talent manager. What do these terms really mean? Exactly what does Latinvasion Agency do? I may have the answer to those questions.

  1. 1.    ARTISTIC CAREER MANAGEMENT

As a management firm, it is our duty to control every aspect of our client’s artistic career. We are their voice! We get them jobs, make sure they get paid accordingly and fix any problem they may have.

  1. 2.    CASTING PROPOSALS

Through casting proposals we get our clients hired. Every week we get pilots for new Spanish soap operas or TV series and it is our job to propose our artists for the right character and guide them through the casting process.

  1. 3.    ACCOMPANY ARTISTS TO MAJOR EVENTS

No good manager or publicist would ever let his/her client attend an event alone. It is the manager/publicist’s responsibility to guide them through media and introduce them to everyone. We attend every red carpet, charity event, special appearance, etc.

  1. 4.    MEDIA PLACEMENT

This may be one of the most important things we do. The right publicity can have a high impact in an artist’s career. We work with regional, national and international media to make this happen.
